Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about file privacy, processing modes, formats, and device support.

Page numbers start at 1 in the UI and API. Ranges are inclusive (4-6 means pages 4, 5, and 6). Listing the same page twice in the selection is rejected.
Each selected page keeps its original. Additional copies are inserted immediately after that original. Unselected pages stay where they are. For example, duplicating page 2 once in a 4-page file yields pages 1, 2, 2, 3, 4.
The number is how many extra copies to insert after each selected original. The default is 1 (one extra copy). The original is always kept, so the result is longer than the source.
Duplicate Pages is a focused flow for inserting copies after selected pages by number or range. Organize PDF is a visual grid for reordering, rotating, and removing pages.
