Yes. The API builds a downloadable PDF with your pending rotations applied to each page’s rotation metadata. Page content stays as PDF objects and is not turned into images. Your original upload file is not modified on your device.
Odd and even refer to the original 1-based page numbers in the uploaded PDF. Page 1 is odd, page 2 is even, and so on. Selection and odd/even rules are resolved in the browser into an explicit per-page rotation list before upload.
Each pending amount (0°, 90°, 180°, or 270° clockwise) is added to the page’s existing /Rotate value. Undo and Reset clear pending edits so the same change is not applied twice by accident.
No. The PDF is held in memory for the preview and save requests and discarded afterward. Nothing is written to durable storage.
Yes. Each PDF can be up to 25 MB and 1000 pages. Empty, damaged, and password-protected files are rejected.
