Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about file privacy, processing modes, formats, and device support.

By default, Elixuvo uses FFmpeg's advanced atempo filter to change playback speed without altering the musical pitch or causing 'chipmunk' effects. If you do wish to change pitch, you can independently adjust the Pitch Shift slider.
Yes! For a classic Nightcore sound, increase speed to around 1.25x–1.3x and raise pitch by +2 to +4 semitones. For a chopped or slowed sound, decrease speed to 0.8x–0.85x and lower pitch.
You can import and export MP3, WAV, AAC, M4A, OGG, and FLAC audio files directly in your web browser.
FFmpeg uses phase vocoder algorithms to preserve acoustic transients. Exporting to lossless formats like WAV or FLAC maintains 100% audio fidelity.
Zero. Everything executes 100% locally on your computer inside your browser's WebAssembly sandbox. Your audio files are never transmitted to external servers.
