The tool uses HTML5 Canvas pixel manipulation directly within your web browser's memory. All adjustments—brightness, contrast, saturation, color temperature, and exposure stops—are computed in real time on your device with zero server uploads.
Brightness applies an additive linear offset across all color channels, raising both dark and light tones evenly. Exposure simulates optical camera exposure stops by scaling light intensities exponentially, preserving highlight and shadow gradation more naturally.
The Warmth control shifts color balance along the photographic temperature axis. Positive values infuse golden amber and warm red tones into highlights and midtones, while negative values shift the balance toward cool cinematic blue hues.
Yes! Simply double-click the track or handle of any slider to immediately reset that specific parameter to zero without affecting the other adjustments.
Never. Although the interactive workspace uses an optimized preview for smooth 60fps adjustments, downloading renders the lighting adjustments directly onto your original source pixels at 100% native resolution.
